I have been personally active in commercial properties, residential properties, new home building, extensive renovation projects, and re-development opportunities. From building homes from the ground up, to business development role for a local multi-million dollar development and construction company with projects such as Skytrain stations and hospitals, the spectrum of my experience is vast. My clients range from first time home buyers to sophisticated investors, both local and abroad. My unique skill set helps clients to identify potential in properties, using an extended outlook strategy with the goal of curating high performing real estate portfolios.
