Hello – I’m Mariko and I am a residential realtor and team leader of Bridgewell Real Estate Group, one of the top teams in the Greater Vancouver area. I am all about building personal relationships, effective communication, and strategic sales & planning to get the job done. My unique combination of education, experience, customer service relations, negotiation expertise, and market knowledge make me the perfect match for your home selling or buying challenges and goals. My clients appreciate that I’m able to be forward, informative, and upfront, while still being able to keep the fun in real estate alive. I tend to work with a lot of people that value analytics, systems, and data, that also appreciate honesty, hard-work, and some one that’s genuine. I am very logical, but identify as an empath and I think that is really important in real estate – especially since I fundamentally believe it’s not all just numbers. I’m very passionate about educating the public about real estate via the blog and vlog, and a lot of clients work with us because they value our knowledge and expertise as well as our willingness to take the time to make sure our clients are confident and making an educated decision. I currently live in Port Moody and help a lot of clients in the Tri-Cities, but also work extensively in Vancouver, New Westminster, Burnaby, Langley, North Surrey & Pitt Meadows/Maple Ridge.
